Sfoglini Pasta

$8.00
Campanula Design Studio sells two delicious shapes of Sfoglini pasta:

  • Cascatelli: From the mind of two time James Beard Award winner Dan Pashman, creator and host of The Sporkful food podcast, comes CASCATELLI (Italian for “waterfalls”). Three years in the making, this original shape was created in collaboration with the artisans at Sfoglini.
  • Trumpets: Campanelle, “little bell” in Italian, is also called gigli “lilies” as it holds its shape in fluted petals like a flower or a horn. It is exceptionally fanciful with its frills and delicious when accompanied by a thick cheese sauce, baked in a casserole or tossed with vegetables, beans and lentils in a pasta salad.

These are available for nationwide shipping, or pick them up from our gift shop in Seattle. Consider adding a flower arrangement, other foodie gifts, or a gift basket for delivery in the Greater Seattle area.
