Delivery Info and FAQs
We are pleased to offer local delivery to Seattle and surrounding areas. Our deliveries are made during standard business hours of 9-6 PM. Businesses are prioritized to guarantee arrival by 5 PM.
We ship our non-floral hard goods (excluding alcohol) nationwide.
Do you have a delivery fee? Yes, we do. It is variable and is calculated based upon zip code, distance, and order value.
What day will my order be delivered? You will choose the delivery date for your order from a calendar at checkout. We make deliveries Monday - Friday. On holidays we may offer extended days and hours.
Where do you deliver? If it is a Seattle address, it is in our standard delivery area. We also go north to areas including Shoreline and parts of Edmonds/Lynnwood, south to include Tukwila, and East to include all of Bellevue, Kirkland, and parts of Redmond. What if my delivery includes beer or wine? All deliveries including alcohol must have an adult 21 or over present in order to deliver. Age will be verified. We cannot leave these orders with a minor or on the doorstep.
The address I want my order delivered to is just outside of your delivery area. Will you make an exception? Give us a call at (206) 395-6526. In many cases, we will go outside of our standard delivery area if we have capacity the day you want the delivery. An order minimum of at least $150 pre-tax and delivery will apply depending upon the delivery location and distance from our studio.
Can I request a specific time of day for my delivery? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time of day due to courier restrictions, workload, and the unpredictability of Seattle traffic. You are welcome to put a request in the special instructions field. We'll do our best to take it into consideration when routing our deliveries for the day but it is not a guarantee.
