Help! There was a problem with my order. What do I do? While we do carefully quality check every order before it leaves our studio, human error does occur. What are your hours? Campanula is open for deliveries Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. We do not currently have a brick and mortar location. We work out of our home studio in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle.
Do you do custom work? Wedding favors, corporate holiday gifts, employee appreciation, or client gifts? Yes, we do! We'd love to custom curate a gift for you. Drop us a line and tell us a little bit about your needs.
Where do you deliver? We are currently delivering to the greater Seattle area and Eastside including Bellevue, Kirkland, Medina, Mercer Island, and Clyde Hill. We also go as far north as parts of Edmonds and Lynnwood and south towards Tukwila. Your delivery zip code will be verified at checkout if you're within our zone.
When will my order be delivered? Our deliveries are made during regular business hours of 9 AM to 6 PM. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of day due to courier restrictions. We do prioritize businesses with delivery to any commercial address guaranteed by 5 PM.
How long should I expect my flowers to last? While we can't predict with absolute certainty how a specific bloom will hold, we hope to see at least 4 to 5 days of enjoyment out of your design. You can help ensure longevity by freshening the water daily. Please contact us with any quality concerns.
Can I get a photo of my order? We're as excited to share our work as you are to see it! We do our absolute best to accommodate any requests for photos but do not guarantee them just in case it slips through the cracks. Mornings can get busy and our focus is on making beautiful designs.
Your website does not allow me to select today for delivery. Is a same day delivery possible? Give us a call. Depending on the order volume we have for the day and product availability we may be able to accommodate you. A rush fee will apply.
Can I pick up my order? We do not currently have a brick and mortar location. If delivery will be problematic for you, give us a call and we'll work something out.
What if my delivery includes beer or wine? All deliveries including alcohol must have an adult 21 or over present in order to deliver. Age will be verified. We cannot leave the basket with a minor or on the doorstep.
