Ordering Info

Do you do custom work? Wedding favors, corporate holiday gifts, employee appreciation, or client gifts?

Yes, we do! We'd love to custom curate a gift for you. Drop us a line and tell us a little bit about your needs. 

Help! There was a problem with my order. What do I do? 

While we do carefully quality check every order before it leaves our studio, human error does occur. If you are not happy with an element of your order, please contact us to discuss it at inquiries@campanuladesign.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it - life happens. If you need to cancel your order please give us at least 24 hours notice before delivery so that we do not buy flowers or other perishable product on your behalf.

Please Note: Weddings and special event florals require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the date with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the event. Custom gifts require 50% down at the time the order is placed with the remainder due before delivery. The 50% down payment covers hard goods and is non-refundable once orders are placed with our vendors.

I'd like to change a detail such as delivery date or card message. What do I do?

Simply reply to your order confirmation with any requested changes. We'll confirm via email.

I'm excited to see what the design looks like. Will you send me a picture?

We love to our share our work with clients! Please understand that photographing our designs does take a fair bit of time. While we will do our best to honor your request, sometimes it falls through the cracks or our delivery schedule does not allow us the time necessary to take a proper photo. Our priority during the morning is creating beautiful designs and ensuring we meet our standards for quality.

How long should I expect my flowers to last?

While we can't predict with absolute certainty how a specific bloom will hold, we hope to see at least 4 to 5 days of enjoyment out of your design (and often longer). You can help to ensure longevity of the overall design by freshening the water daily and removing any spent blooms or petals. If your design does not hold as expected please contact us with any quality concerns. Flowers are meant to delight - not disappoint.

Delivery, Pick Up, & Shipping

You'll be asked to select a delivery method at checkout. Local delivery is available for all of our products including wine, flowers, and plants. Only non-floral goods (excluding wine) are eligible for nationwide shipping.

What time will my order be delivered?

We make our local deliveries between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM. Businesses are guaranteed by 5 PM. Due courier restrictions we are unable to offer timed delivery at this time.

Where do you deliver?

If it is a Seattle address, it is within our delivery area. We are also currently delivering to the Greater Seattle area and Eastside including Bellevue, Kirkland, Medina, Mercer Island, and Clyde Hill. We go as far north as parts of Edmonds and Lynnwood and south towards Tukwila, Renton, and into parts of Kent. Your delivery zip code will be verified at checkout and a delivery fee calcuclated if you're within our zone.

The delivery zip code is just outside of your area. Will you make an exception?

That depends. In many cases, we will go outside of our standard delivery area if we have capacity that day and the address is within 45 minutes or so of our shop. An order minimum of at least $150 pre-tax and delivery will apply depending upon the delivery location and distance from our studio. Give us a call to inquire and make arrangements.

If the delivery is further away we may be able to arrange a courier on your behalf. Additional courier fees will apply. Call us for a quote.

Your website will not allow me to choose today as the delivery date. Do you offer same day delivery?

Our guaranteed same day delivery cutoff time is 9 AM. After that give us a call. Depending on the order volume we have for the day and product availability we may be able to accommodate you. A rush fee will apply. 

Can I pick up my order at your shop?

Yes! Absolutely. We currently offer pickup between 11 AM and 4 PM Monday - Friday. If you need to make arrangements outside of that timeframe please send us an email or give us a call. We'll do our best to work something out with you.

What if my delivery includes beer or wine?

All deliveries including alcohol must have an adult 21 or over present in order to deliver. Age will be verified. We cannot leave these orders with a minor or on the doorstep. 

Do you have a delivery fee?

Yes, we do. It is variable and calculated based upon distance and order value.

Can I request a specific time of day for my delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time of day due to courier restrictions, workload, and the unpredictability of Seattle traffic. You are welcome to put a request in the special instructions field. We'll do our best to take it into consideration when routing our deliveries for the day but it is not a guarantee. 

Brick & Mortar Store Info

Are you open for shopping or just order pick up?

Yes! We have a retail storefront. You can pick up a bouquet, order a delivery, or shop our products to custom curate your own gift.

Where are you located?

We're in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle just past Fisherman's Terminal on Gilman Avenue West. We're located on the ground floor of a condo building just north of Blue Heron Cafe.

I dropped by but the store was closed. What are your hours?

We are available by phone 9 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. Our deliveries are made during these hours.

We are open for in store shopping Monday - Friday 11 AM to 4 PM and most Saturdays 10 AM to 3 PM. Often someone is there earlier or later - if the lights are on and the door unlocked please come in! If we are not there during regular hours we're likely out on deliveries and will return shortly. Please call (206) 395-6526 for assistance.
