"We only use ethically sourced and organically grown fine ultra-premium cocoa beans from Latin America, Asia and Africa. As a sweetener, we use fair trade organic raw cane sugar from Native, Brasil. The organic cocoa butter we use is pressed from Arriba Nacional cocoa from the area of Los Rios and Esmeraldas in Ecuador and Piura from Peru. For our white chocolates, containing fruit we use de-oiled almond flour from organically grown almonds. The fruits are organically grown and freeze-dried. - Armin & Katya
