Chocolate Bitters | Spinnaker Chocolate

Made with the leftover chocolatey bourbon after manufacturing Spinnaker's 70% Belize with Bourbon bar. Spinnaker gave the bourbon back to 2BAR Bourbon and they turned it into these delicious bitters with a subtle nutty undertone. In addition to the bourbon and chocolate, these bitters include orange peel, sour cherries, vanilla bean, all spice, cassia, gentian, and angelica.
