Shipping policy

We make our local Seattle deliveries between the operating hours of 9 AM to 6 PM on the date selected for delivery by client. We cannot guarantee specific time of day (i.e. before noon) due to courier restrictions unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Additional fees may apply for RUSH orders.

Items shipped via national courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) will be sent out within 2 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay deliveries due to severe weather or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.

Yes, we do deliver flowers and gift baskets throughout the Greater Seattle area. We are also licensed to deliver gifts of wine and beer. What better combo - wine AND flowers! Starting with our experiences as a Seattle florist, we wanted to bring something new to the traditional bouquet and gift basket. Our signature wooden gift baskets are hand-made from primarily reclaimed wood in our workshop here in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. Using them as a starting point, we designed our baskets to feature beautiful floral arrangements designed with predominantly locally and sustainably grown flowers.
