The beauty of flowers is undeniable but subjective. If you feel your design does not meet your expectations please contact us so that we may let our suppliers know if a certain product is not holding up well and learn from your feedback.
We do kindly request a photo of the arrangement taken from the front side. All arrangements are quality checked for value and appearance before leaving the shop.
We will refund or replace your design at our discretion. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless we have made an error.
We guarantee our plants for 7 days from the date of delivery. If a plant is wilting or showing signs of distress please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Non-perishable items such as vases and candles are eligible for return or exchange for 30 days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless item is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Perishable goods such as food or wine cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received (in the case of hard goods), we will acknowledge that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
