This beautifully balanced Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is an everyday essential with old-world credentials. Crafted from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, it meets strict European production standards, resulting in a vinegar with bright acidity, gentle sweetness, and a pleasing, lightly syrupy texture.

Aged for four years across two barrels, its body and depth make it endlessly versatile. Drizzle over salads and roasted vegetables, finish grilled meats and potatoes, or fold into sauces, dips, and marinades with ease.

Produced by Acetaia Leonardi, a historic Modena acetaia crafting balsamic vinegar since the mid-19th century, using grapes exclusively from their own vineyards and overseeing every step of production.
