Beginning with the finest cacao from Malekula Island, Vanuatu, this bar is a truly singular expression of craft chocolate. The cocoa nibs are patiently aged in bourbon whiskey barrels, allowing the deep oak and warm bourbon character to infuse the beans. Once fully matured, the nibs are transformed into a 70% dark chocolate, composed only of cocoa butter and cane sugar.
