Crafted by Antica Pasta by Marcozzi of Campofilone, this pasta is rooted in generations of tradition. Three siblings—Gabriele, Barbara, and Attilio—learned the antique art of pasta making from their grandmother Adelina before opening their first artisanal workshop in Campofilone. Today, that legacy continues with exquisite handmade egg pasta made from select all-Italian ingredients, including non-GMO Italian wheat and local free-range eggs.
